Shipping policy

Tori! ships all orders with care to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, what to expect during transit, and how we handle shipping‑related issues.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing times are separate from carrier transit times. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high‑volume periods may require additional processing time.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Tori! is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Weather, customs, or carrier‑related disruptions

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
